As a consequance of the close relations and confidence generated following the meetings and discussions for several projects, Handar Ltd. declared that they would like to work with CKV and asked the selection of necessary cranes.

The project can be summarized as; the renovation of cyclones and  kiln and assembly of all related components.

The full resposibility of Handar Ltd. with production and assembly , the standarts of job provider and time pressure led to a keen handling of the project.

 The cranes proposed by CKV and sent to jobsite after the mutual agreement were ; Liebherr LTM 1220 and LTM 1120. Demag Ac 1600 was also at jobsite as a support to handle some critical lifts.

As one part  of the project four cyclone groups have been renovated. The components in these groups were between 4-13 tons. The lifting elevations varied between 30-68 m. and pieces were to be displaced between colums of 10 m. apart.

Additonally 13 pieces related to the gas ducts were also assembled at same elevations.

On the other hand, when the operations on the kiln (50 t.) are considered; it had to be placed on saddles to start the revisions . From diffrent sections pieces weighing between 8- 10 tons were cut out to be replaced with new materials.

All cranes that took part in the project have completed their jobs with success. Besides , the service and maintenance team of CKV has made the interventions at right times to avoid any problem and delays.

The project was completed almost 45 days.
